Cameron Boyce's family just announced a charity launched in honor of the late star.

"Let’s not talk about it, let’s BE about it!" Victor tweeted, adding, "Let’s do good as Cameron would. Let’s keep his legacy alive!"

The Boyce family has set up a donation page, along with a photo of the Disney star and a mission statement.

According to the website,

"The Cameron Boyce Foundation provides young people artistic and creative outlets as alternatives to violence and negativity and uses resources and philanthropy for positive change in the world. The Foundation was established in 2019 to honor Cameron’s legacy."

A user on Instagram questioned Cameron's father about asking for donations, and he explained that any money collected will be used "for charities Cameron was passionate about."

Victor said the foundation will collect the money and then distribute it to the various charities, and likened it to the charitable aspects of The LeBron James Family Foundation.

Cameron's sister, Maya, also put a link to the charity in her Instagram bio, days after she wrote a heartfelt tribute to her brother and highlighted his charitable actions.

Maya wrote that Cameron was someone who "understood his responsibility as someone so many kids would look up to."

She added, "Cameron always went out of his way to be giving and kind. He did more with his 20 years of life, than most people ever could with 100 years. He was actively charitable. He traveled the world."

Lots of giving has occurred since the tragic loss of Cameron, including thousands raised for the Thirst Project, with the help of Adam Sandler.

Disney has also vowed to make a donation to charity in Cameron's name after canceling the red carpet premiere of "Descendants 3."
