Brittny Gastineau and her mom, Lisa Gastineau, went up against their neighbor in court on Thursday and the former reality stars came out on top.

According to court records, a hearing was held in Los Angeles to determine whether or not the temporary restraining orders against both of the Gastineaus, obtained by their neighbor earlier this month, would be made permanent.

During the hearing, the Gastineaus' lawyer, Jennifer Holliday, grilled the neighbor, Diana Niven Becirovic, about the fact that she texted Lisa the day after the alleged incident about where to get the best lip injections. In the end, it seemed a picture was being painted that Diana may be the neighbor from hell.

Ultimately, the judge decided there was no basis for issuing permanent orders and dissolved the TROs that had been in place.

As The Blast first reported, Becirovic — who, according to her website, is a former Miss Yugoslavia — claims the Gastineaus have been harassing her. Interestingly, it was brought up in court if the Miss Yugoslavia thing is actually true or not.

At the time the restraining orders were filed, a rep for the Gastineaus told The Blast, “Diana Niven Becirovic’s allegations against Brittny and Lisa Gastineau are ridiculous, highly defamatory, and malicious. There is no truth to these outlandish claims.”
