Britney Spears Backpedals On Being Faster Than Usain Bolt: 'Obviously I Was Joking!'

By Whitney Vasquez

Britney Spears says she was just joking when she claimed to be the fastest person on the planet, backpedaling on her last post after many fans pointed out Usain Bolt can't even run the 100-meter dash in the time she clocked in at. The "Womanizer" singer caused a stir when she posted a screenshot of a timer and told her fans that she ran the dash in less than 6 seconds. Hours later, Britney Spears erased her initial post (something she's been doing lately) and replaced it with one of her countless private fashion shows, telling her followers she was "obviously" joking about her time.

Should Fans Be Concerned?

Britney Spears has caused some concern over her posts lately with many fans divided on her mental health. Some believe she's displaying bizarre behavior by sharing the same photos and captions day apart. Just yesterday, she repeated a post showing her in a red-striped tank top and talking about staying positive amid the Coronavirus. While this sparked concern among some, others are confident Britney Spears knows exactly what she's doing. Those fans are playfully labeling her the "Queen of Déjà Vu" and creating other silly names for her recycled posts.
