“It’s up to the court of California to decide what’s best for my daughter. It’s no one else’s business," he continued.

Britney's father lashed out at the #freebritney supporters saying they are 'aggressive' and claims a few of them are sending death threats.

“People are being stalked and targeted with death threats,” he said. “It’s horrible. We don’t want those kinds of fans."

“I have to report every nickel and dime spent to the court every year,” he said. “How the hell would I steal something?”

It should be noted, the conservators and lawyers connected to the conservatorship are required to submit documents outlining expenses including anything spent by the pop star. The documents are normally public record, and The Blast has reported on several of them.

But, Jamie DID get a monthly salary for 'managing' her affairs and working for the conservatorship, which was over $15,000 per month at one point.

According to the report, in the interview Jamie became emotional while speaking about the situation, saying, “I love my daughter. love all my kids. But this is our business. It’s private.”

Also, Jamie Spears stepped down as her personal conservator after allegations he was violent with one of her sons. At the time, he claimed it was for medical reasons after he suffered a ruptured colon.

Several celebrities including Miley Cyrus, Rose McGowen, Paris Hilton, and Ariel Winter have shown support for the #FreeBritney movement, and it appears it is not going just got away as it appears her father desires.

It's unclear Britney's dad has reported any of the death threats to the authorities.
