Britney Spears is dancing for joy as the battle over her conservatorship heats up amid singer’s attempts to cut her father out.

The pop star shared a video mashup of her dancing hardcore in the living room of her Los Angeles mansion. Britney showed off her skills while twirling to Tracy Chapman’s “Give Me One Reason” and Sia’s “Elastic Heart.”

Britney captioned the video, “Yes ... I know I’m barefoot and my hair is once again a hot mess !!!! If you only knew what it’s like dancing in heels ? every night in Vegas and spending hours getting my hair and makeup perfect ... only then would you understand why my feet go to the holy ground whenever they can ??? and how free my hair feels with no hairspray ?‍♀‍?‍♀️?‍♀‍? !!!”

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Britney is opposing her father Jamie's attempt to seal parts of her conservatorship case and says she is done with keeping her "legal struggle hidden away in the closet as a family secret."

In the filing, Britney specifically calls out a recent interview done by her father where he says the situation in "nobody's business," but the pop star says she now welcomes and "appreciates the informed support of her many fans."

Britney's motion comes days after her father called #FreeBritney a conspiracy theory.
