"Dancing With the Stars" is treating Bristol Palin's son the same way they are treating Honey Boo Boo.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tripp Johnston's contract for "Dancing With the Stars" contains the same clause that obligates him to pay "liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000,000" for disclosing confidential information or trade secrets.

Thus far, Honey Boo Boo's contract is the only other "DWTS: Juniors" contract to contain that clause. Bristol Palin will be appearing on the upcoming season on "Teen Mom," but there are no references to it in Tripp's contract.

"DWTS" also gave Scottie Pippen's daughter, Sophia, a clause that allows her to appear on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" during filming of the show.

Bristol Palin is no stranger to "Dancing With the Stars" — she competed on the show in 2010 and finished in third place.
