Good news/bad news for Brandon Jenner in his divorce from estranged wife Leah Jenner: he gets to keep his house in Malibu but he has to hand his wife more than half a million dollars to even things out.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jenner and Leah have reached a settlement in their divorce. The couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter Eva.

When it comes to money, the son of Caitlyn Jenner and Linda Thompson will pay Leah $2,000 per month in spousal support until December 31, 2021. He's also on the hook for another $2,000 per month in child support until their daughter turns 18.

As far as assets go, the couple is splitting their gold coin collection, as well as royalties from their musical act, Brandon and Leah.

She gets to keep a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and he gets a 2014 Cadillac Escalade, a 1976 Ford F-2450, and a 1965 Ford Mustang.

The big ticket item is the Malibu home, which goes to Brandon. In return, he has to give Leah a tax free payment of $540,000.

Brandon and Leah Jenner announced their split last year.

He released a statement on social media at the time saying, "After celebrating fourteen beautiful years together, we have lovingly come to the decision to end the romantic aspect of our relationship. We are deeply proud of the life we've cultivated together and are truly grateful for the bond of friendship we hold and cherish today. It is stronger than ever."

Brandon added, "We still love one another very, very much and remain a major part of each other's lives—as best friends, family and loving parents to our daughter." Jenner also stressed that "There has been no lying or cheating or fighting that prompted this change."

The couple filed for divorce shortly after issuing their statement.

Brandon and Leah were married in Hawaii back in 2012 and had a daughter, Eva James, in 2015.

Brandon is brother of Brody Jenner and Leah is the daughter of former Eagles guitarist Don Felder.
