"The Brady Bunch" home remodel is still underway and building permits reveal the latest changes HGTV is set to make.

According to official records, the company behind HGTV was recently granted permits for further work on the iconic home.

The City of Los Angeles issued a building permit for the network – who is restoring the property to its 1970s glory with the original cast reuniting for the show – that allows them to build a new 9'6" X 28'0" free-standing block wall, which, based on the project's blueprint, will go next to the existing garage.

The cost of the project comes to $2,800, which is on top of the over $350,000 already spent on prior renovations.

Last year, HGTV started the process by filing for permits to work on the "interior kitchen remodel/repair (no changes in walls or openings)." The estimated cost of the work was $2,000 and they already hired contractors.

There was a separate permit that was filed for the home to "add 40'9" X 24'8" ground floor addition for new kitchen and family room with 8'3" x 24'8" covered patio.”

Additional improvements include a 63’6 X 24’8” second-floor addition for new bedrooms. The total estimated cost for the work in the second permit comes to $350,000.

According to documents, the amount it cost to just file the permit with the City of Los Angeles came to $19,341.
