Dr. Paul Nassif is used to spending time in hospitals but he will be spending a little more time there in a matter of months because his wife, Brittany Pattakos, will be welcoming a "Botched" baby!

The 57-year-old "Botched" star excitedly shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday by posting a picture of the sonogram. The picture features the cute little baby in the 28-year-old's womb. The big news comes after the two tied the knot six months ago in a lavish ceremony on the Greek island of Santorini.

"I’m so excited & blessed to announce that my wife @brittanypattakos and I are bringing a new life into this world... October can’t come soon enough to meet my first baby girl or my fourth baby boy (yes, it’s going to be a surprise for me)! All I know is I better get my diaper changing skills polished up. There is nothing like the feeling of holding a new born, especially when it’s my baby. ❤️" Paul wrote on social media.

Paul has already broken the news to his friends and family, according to E News. "I also have a message group with my friends Kris Jenner, Kyle Richards, Corey Gamble and Faye Resnick and Faye's husband. So I kinda let them know today," Paul told the news outlet.

Of course, fans of the popular reality show know that his business partner, Dr. Terry Dubrow and he have a unique relationship and he reacted to the news in a predictable way.

"It was a smartass comment as usual," Paul told E News. "He was really happy but of course he had to throw in, 'Another burden. Enjoy.'"

Adding One More To The Family

This will be Brittany's first child but Paul already has three boys with his ex, Adrienne Maloof.

"It's like riding a bike," Paul said about becoming a parent for the fourth time. "I still remember most of it, all of it. Obviously it will be scarier for Brittany because it's her first time doing this."

As to how Brittany is handling her pregnancy, she said that it is coming along nicely but not without difficulty.

"I haven't had any cravings and I haven't had morning sickness. I've had more of like acne breaking out. I've noticed my face is breaking out more. I'm tired, way more extreme than I ever thought it would be. But I've been exercising every day."
