It is not easy to shock "Botched" Doctors, Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif but Monday's episode featured a breast implant story that was straight out of "The Walking Dead."

37-year-old Judy traveled to Hollywood from Rhode Island after some plastic surgery tourism left her with two messed up breasts. The patient detailed her surgery story and admitted to traveling to Colombia for "a tummy tuck, a BBL and a breast augmentation."

Two and a half years later, she complained of back pain and wanted to decrease the size of her implants. She decided to have her second breast augmentation in the Dominican Republic but it turned out to be a nightmare.

Judy's second surgery did not go well and her incisions quickly turned into wounds that threatened her life.

"It was a terrible experience. I went to the recovery house, I was so sick," Judy told the "Botched doctors during the first consultation. "I came back to the United States, immediately went to the hospital, 'cause I was running a fever."

The wounds and holes that were left in her breasts are too graphic to show but if you can stomach it, the pictures are about 27 seconds into this YouTube video

The patient's injuries were so substantial that one of the implants straight up fell out of her breast and into the shocked hand of a physician's assistant. The other implant fell out when she was brushing her teeth on the day of her corrective surgery!

Her wounds and bacteria infections left her bedridden in the hospital for weeks and her chest was left horribly disfigured.

Dubrow knew the Dominican surgeon's mistake before Judy even got her top off.

"You know what the problem is? That second surgeon in the Dominican Republic cut out the blood supply to the breast tissue," Dr. Dubrow explained. "It slowly started to die and turn into, basically, a zombie breast."

The pictures were on par with the special effects of a George A. Romero film and showed oddly colored puss protruding from her breasts.

When the doctor finally got to see them in the exam room, he determined that most of Judy's lower half of her breast (lower pole) was gone.

"The fact that Judy no longer has a lower pole makes it really difficult to conceptually figure out how to make her a normal breast," Dubrow told the "Botched" camera.

Despite this being a difficult case, he decided to help Judy.

"My first move with Judy today is to try to give her a good shape without using implants. If I'm unable to get a good shape, then I may have to resort to implants," the doctor explained. "But, I really don't want to. Because, if you don't have breasts implants, you can't have a breast implant complication."

After some time on the operating table, Dr. Dubrow was able to bring Judy's breasts back from the dead without implants and she was thrilled with the results.

"Thanks to Dr. Dubrow, my scars are gone and now I have two full, perky and implant-free breasts," Judy excitedly declared at the end of the episode.
