Blake Griffin is not short on talent and in a new clip released ahead of The Comedy Central Roast, we see how much cutthroat comedy he has stored up in that 6’10” frame.
The “Roast of Alec Baldwin” promises to be brutally honest but most importantly funny. Even though Hilaria Baldwin’s husband will be taking the brunt of the jokes, the comedians and other celebs are not safe. Blake specifically came for Caitlyn Jenner hard.
In fact, Griffin delivers some of the most hard hitting jokes that have ever been aired on TV.
The reactions from Robert De Niro and Alec paint the picture of how hard it is to be the subject of so many brutal jokes.
The short teaser features Blake poking fun at Caitlyn’s gender reassignment, her new hardware and her famous daughters in under two minutes.
"Caitlyn completed her gender reassignment in 2017, finally confirming that no one in that family wants a white d***,” Griffin joked on the dais before the camera cut to Caitlyn giving a standing ovation.
It’s clear that he has been studying and practicing comedy because he gave a unique take on the classic “your so old” jokes.
“Caitlyn’s p**** is so young,” the NBA baller told the crowd, “Alec just called it a rude, thoughtless little pig.”
But that’s not where Griffin stopped, “on behalf of the entire NBA and half of the rappers on the Billboard charts,” he continued. “I want to thank you for giving your daughters their daddy issues.”
That last joke is especially funny because it was rumored that he was romantically involved with Caitlyn’s daughter, Kendall Jenner, after they were spotted out publicly several times.
If that’s the kind of stuff they are releasing to tease the September 15 roast, than they must have a lot more moments that will crack everyone up.
