Blake Griffin says he can’t be bothered to deal with his baby mama and her lawsuit against him for at least another year, citing contractual commitments that have him booked up until next July.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Griffin acknowledges that his relationship with Brynn Cameron ended after she refused to sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their wedding.

Griffin claims Cameron filed her lawsuit against him “falsely claiming the Defendant orally or impliedly promised to give her tens of millions of dollars, a home, and lifetime financial support”

In the docs, Griffin says he is a Detroit-based NBA player "with contractual commitments" preventing trial until at earliest July 2019. He says he is unavailable from August 2018 to July 2019.

Earlier this year, Brynn Cameron sued Griffin for allegedly leaving her “homeless and cash-strapped” after he left her to start dating Kendall Jenner. She claimed Griffin promised to take care of her and their two kids, but instead left her high and dry.

The two were engaged to be married in July 2017 but a month before the wedding Cameron claims Griffin blindsided her with a prenuptial agreement. She refused to sign and they postponed the wedding.

Immediately after they postponed, she claimed he “immediately embarked on a high-profile affair with Jenner.” In August 2017, after “humiliating” her and their family by spending a very public weekend with Jenner in the Hamptons, Cameron says Griffin told her he “had no intention of continuing to live with her and their children.”

Cameron said she is now “homeless and cash-strapped” and forced to rely on her brother for financial support. She sued seeking unspecified amount in damages.

Blake Griffin denies that he promised to take care of Cameron for the remainder of her life and is demanding her entire case be dismissed.
