Blac Chyna is back in court fighting her ex Rob Kardashian and his family in her million-dollar lawsuit against them.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna is objecting to turning over financial and business records to Rob Kardashian and his family, as part of her lawsuit against them.
She says they have fired off multiple subpoenas seeking records pertaining to her income. She says they have demanded information about her Lashed Cosmetics business and her paycheck for her 2019 reality show “The Real Blac Chyna” that aired on The Zeus Network.
Back in 2018, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against her baby daddy Rob Kardashian and his family. She accused Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner of interfering with her reality show “Rob & Chyna”.
She believed the family conspired to get producers to cancel the reality show after one season, following her breakup with Rob. Chyna believes the Kardashians caused her to lose millions of dollars.
The Kardashians deny all allegations of wrongdoing and demanded the suit be tossed. They argued Chyna and Rob have a violate relationship with accusations of abuse.

In newly filed documents, Chyna says the Kardashians are trying to argue her career has not suffered at all. She believes they want to see her paycheck for her recent reality show to make that point.
Chyna says, “In connection with The Zeus Network subpoena, Defendants contend the subpoenaed documents will show that Chyna’s reality television career was “thriving” after the Defendants defamed her and tortiously interfered with her Talent Agreement with E! in December 2016 and January 2017. The evidence at trial certainly will show otherwise.
Further, “In reality, Chyna was financially and emotionally devastated by the loss of her hit show. With one contrived exception, Chyna did not appear on T.V. at all in 20173; never appeared on T.V. in 2018; and only appeared on a niche streaming service for a few months in 2019.”

However, she says, “Plaintiff does not dispute that her earnings (or lack thereof) before and after Defendants’ tortious conduct are relevant to her damages claim. However, Plaintiff does dispute Defendants’ contention that substantive details regarding her reality show on The Zeus Network – the niche streaming service that aired “The Real Blac Chyna” – are relevant to determining Defendants’ liability in this lawsuit.
She claims to have no problem hanging over her financial information but doesn’t believe they have a right to see all requested documents.
A judge has yet to rule.
During the legal battle, Ryan Seacrest was dragged into the legal mess because he produces the reality shows. He was forced to sit for a deposition despite objecting to the request.
Recently, Kris Jenner demanded Chyna hand over copies all of texts, emails and other messages with her son Rob between December 1, 2016 until now.
Jenner also wanted all photos and videos that Chyna sent to Rob during the same time periods. She even asked for copies of all contracts and communications regarding “Rob & Chyna”.
Further, she wanted Chyna to “describe each occasions on which you have been arrested or publicly accused of assault, battery and/or any other acts of physical violence against other PERSONS from January 1, 2008 through the present.
The case is ongoing.
Rob & Chyna are still involved in a separate legal battle over alleged cyber-bullying. Rob is accused of threatening to hire a hitman to kill Chyna's ex-friend.
