Rob Kardashian has just revealed new shocking details of the alleged 2016 brutal assault against him by then-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, where he says she was under the influence of cocaine and attacked him with a six-foot metal pole.

In the new filing, Rob alleges Blac Chyna was abusing drugs and alcohol. He claims, "Although Chyna did not drink or use drugs while she was pregnant with and breastfeeding Dream, as soon as she stopped breastfeeding dream in the second week of December 2016, she started drinking to excess and using cocaine again."

On the day of the incident, Rob claims "Chyna participated in a photoshoot at the Hidden Hills house, along with photographers, a makeup artist, a hairstylist, Chyna’s friends, members of her entourage and others" He alleges that during the day, "Chyna consumed large amounts of Moet Rose champagne (her drink of choice) and snorted cocaine." As the day went on...he says she became "increasingly erratic, aggressive and violent behavior as she became more and more intoxicated."

At one point in the night, Rob alleges Chyna pointed a gun at his head and "threatened to kill him." He claims in the documents, a group of friends were on a Facetime call with the ex-couple and "witnessed Chyna under the influence of drugs and alcohol, holding a bottle of champagne, brandishing a gun toward Rob and acting erratically." While on the call, Rob says Chyna threatened to kill him while pointing the gun at his head.

As we reported, Rob Kardashian sued Blac Chyna for the assault back in 2017, and the case is now moving towards trial. Both Rob and Chyna have testified during depositions in the case, revealing new stunning details of this night.

In the fling, Rob alleges, "Later in the evening of December 14, 2016, while still under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Chyna came up behind Rob, wrapped an iPhone charger cable tightly around his neck and started to strangle him using her full strength. As Chyna choked Rob with the charger wrapped tightly around his neck, Rob managed to pull the cable off of his neck and fled to the master bedroom, where he locked the door and tried to avoid any further interactions with Chyna."

He continued, "In the morning hours of December 15, 2016, while still under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Chyna’s violence escalated further, as she pursued Rob into his bedroom, breaking down the locked bedroom doors to reach him, and proceeded to use her firsts and a metal rod to repeatedly strike Rob." He says Chyna wielded "a six-foot metal pole" when entering the room.

At the time, Rob called Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble to come over to the house and help defuse the fight.

According to the documents, Corey "pulled Chyna off Rob and tried to separate the two, though Chyna continued to beat Rob around the head, face, and back." Rob claims he "never fought back against Chyna; instead, he simply tried to shield himself from her physical attack on him."

Kardashian claims while Gamble moved his car to allow Rob's car to back out of the driveway, "Chyna grabbed a chair from the dining room, took it outside and threw it at Rob’s car."

In a declaration filed in the case, Corey Gamble confirmed Rob's version of the events, saying, "When I arrived at the house around 7 a.m., shortly after daybreak, I found Chyna in a very agitated state and attacking Rob with her fists. It was clear from her demeanor that she had been up all night on a bender and had not slept. She smelled of alcohol and was drunk and also appeared to be under the influence of drugs."

He continued, "I tried to separate Chyna and Rob so that I could help Rob leave the house and get away from Chyna. Chyna did not stop attacking Rob even though I did my best to intervene. While I helped Rob walk out of the house, Chyna continued to lunge at him and punched him numerous times in the head and face, as well as his back. Rob did not fight back and simply tried to shield himself from Chyna’s physical attack on him."

In the filing, Rob Kardashian claims he was in fear for his life during the violent incident. "Based on Chyna’s conduct that night and with full knowledge of her hair-trigger temper, substance abuse, and violent tendencies, Rob believed that Chyna intended to inflict severe injury on him and feared for his life," it says.

Blac Chyna also sat for a deposition in the case, and part of her defense is that she was joking at the time and had no real intention of harming him. Chyna points to one statement made by Rob that he enjoyed being scratched by her...“being scratched by a female is probably one of the best things a man could ask for.”

But, Kardashian's legal filing clarified and stated, "While Rob may have previously enjoyed when Chyna scratched him in a nonviolent and flirtatious manner, he did not enjoy her violent scratching during the incident of December 15-16, 2016."

Blac Chyna also testified that she was "joking" with Rob and had no intention to harm him and she was simply “was being her very outgoing, colorful, and joking self with Rob."

Of course, Kardashian refutes this point saying "pointing a gun at another person’s head while threatening to kill him is not a joking matter – particularly here, where the gun threats were coupled with strangulation and physical assaults."

As we reported, the couple is also engaged in a very nasty custody war and are fighting over their daughter, Dream. In that case, many of the same allegations are being made about the situation.

Rob Kardashian is suing Blac Chyna for damages of $767,852 and the case could be headed to trial.
