Blac Chyna is on the warpath against NBC accusing the network of racism after the reality star claims she was never made aware of allegations made against her by the Kardashian Family, which ended her reality show -- and the situation would have been handled differently if she were white.

As we reported, in 2017, Chyna sued the entire Kardashian family claiming they interfered with her reality show 'Rob & Chyna' by lobbying to producers and the network to cancel it.

According to a new statement issued by Chyna's lawyer, Blac Chyna was 'completely denied' any due process by the network to their 'black reality TV star' and is alleging that if she were a white actress either the allegations would have never been made, or swiftly investigated and proven false.

Blac Chyna Claims Kris Jenner 'Secretly' Accused Her Of Beating Rob Kardahsian

“No one at NBCUniversal ever informed Chyna that Kris Jenner had secretly accused her of severely beating Rob. Next, without Chyna’s knowledge, Kris Jenner and three of her daughters (Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner) were able to convince E! executives that they needed to convene an emergency meeting to discuss the cancellation of Season 2 of ‘Rob & Chyna’ based on the false accusation that Chyna had severely beaten Rob,” Chyna's lawyer, Lynne Ciani, told Pagesix.

She contiuned, “NBCUniversal executives never invited Chyna, the allegedly violent cast member (and also an Executive Producer of ‘Rob & Chyna’), to the emergency meeting.”

It should be noted, Chyna did not list E! or NBC Universal in her original complaint.

Chyna's legal team points out that if anyone from the network actually watched footage shot for Season 2 of the reality show, they would have seen it confirms she did not assault Rob Kardashian.

In the new statement, Chyna's lawyer claims that NBC Executives "never viewed the existing unaired Season 2 footage … that conclusively proves that Kris Jenner lied when she claimed that Chyna had ‘beat the ---- out of Rob’s face.'”

In the wake of NBC receiving a discrimination complaint by Gabrielle Union, Chyna's team told PageSix, “had Chyna been a white reality TV star, rather than the ‘unicorn’ black reality TV star -- either (Jenner) never would have been made in the first place or her false accusation would have been quickly investigated by E! and NBCUniversal and proven false.”

The Kardashians attorney, Marty Singer, blasted Chyna attempting to leverage “the emotions and pain of the moment” and the death of George Floyd, now claim racism as a part of her lawsuit.

“This it's a 2-year-old lawsuit in which Chyna has changed her defense more times than we can count. Sadly, unsurprising to anyone, she has stooped to a new low, changing her defense to try to leverage the emotions and pain of the moment, insulting the pain and suffering of real victims of racial injustice and systemic racism," he said in a reaction to the allegations.

The case is ongoing.
