According to documents obtained by The Blast, Birdman had a lien filed against him by a company named Multimedia Innovations. They claim to have done work on his former Miami mansion, which included providing labor, A/V installation and integration, automated lighting installation, and a fully-automated smart home controlled via tablet networking.
The total bill for the work came out to $61,679.36 but Birdman allegedly only paid a chunk of the invoice. He still has a balance of $19,899.56, which he has refused to pay.
The lien was placed against the mansion, so when it’s sold ... the company will be paid from the proceeds.
