Billie Eilish just recieved a restraining order against an obsessed fan who kept showing up at the singer's home in Los Angeles.

According to new legal documents, Billie claims a 24-year-old guy starting showing up to her L.A. home last week, and kept showing up over-and-over again.

Billie claims last Monday, the trespasser showed up and started ringing her doorbell. Of course, she has a Ring camera and her father started speaking to him. "I think I might have the wrong house, but does Billie Eilish live here?" the guy asked.

Her father told the guy he indeed has the wrong home and he left. But, that didn't stop him. Billie says the guy returned to her home that night showing "erratic behavior."

In the documents, she says, "While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue. My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused."

At that point, security was able to convince him to leave, but he returned not long after and appeared to be laying down near the home to spend the night.

On Tuesday, the 24-year-old showed up again and tried to gain entry by opening the door handle. Of course, the singer is worried about the spread of Coronavirus since the guy was not wearing a mask or gloves at the time.

Billie claims the guy showed up a total of 7 times to the house, 5 of which he was not wearing a face mask, and 2 of the times he pulled it off when confronted by her security team.

According to one report, he was arrested on two occasions last week, but not much else can be done but issue him a citation and warn him not to return.

In cases like this, a civil restraining order is the best course of action, so that is what the singer did in this case.

In the documents, Billie says the obsessed fan was sent back to New York, where he lives, on a bus but she is afraid he may come back to her home in the future.

A judge issued the restraining order, and he must stay 200 yards away for the singer, her family, and the house. A hearing will be held on June 1 to argue for a permanent restraining order.
