Bhad Bhabie just got herself in a bunch of legal trouble after Skai Jackson filed a restraining order against her for threatening to take her life over social media.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Skai Jackson filed a restraining order today in Los Angeles County Courts for "civil harassment" after she says she took the death threat very seriously which was leveled against her online.

Jackson filed the case in Bhabie's real name, Danielle Bregoli, which is important to note since some of the back and forth is considered Instagram fake beef. Obviously, in this case, Skai didn't take it that way...

Skai cites one Instagram video in particular where Bregoli is going off on Jackson and says, "You're so small, if I get my hands on's over with," and then "Bitch, I'll kill you! I'll really kill you!" during a live session.

During the video rant, Bhabie alleges Skai made a "fake" Instagram page and was talking smack to her online. Specifically, the argument surrounded Danielle's recent connection to rapper NBA YoungBoy, who she believes Jackson is also into at the same time.

The feud has gotten so bad both girls' mothers have jumped into the conversation to defend their daughters. Both Barbara Bregoli, Danielle's mom, and Kiya Cole, Skai's mom started speaking over the situation over Instagram. Eventually, it ended with Skai's mom posting, "Had to reel myself back in and not lose track of all the great work I've been doing these past few months. At the end of the day, I'm still human."

Danielle is also accusing Skai of only talking to guys after Danielle is initially romantically linked to them. "The dudes you're trying to talk to because I talk to them, they aren't your type," she said.

She continued, "You don't talk to dudes like that. So stop. How the f*** you want to be me so bad, but you don't even like me?" Skai responded by tweeting a lengthy lit of projects she is working on and things she is busy within her career. Her tweet ended with, "no time 4 negatives!"

At this point, Skai felt the threat against her life was credible enough she is asking a judge in Los Angeles to order Bhad Bhabie to stay away from her and stop with the death threats. It's unclear if the judge signed off on it, but eventually, the two will have to legally duke it out in court.
