Beyoncé may have to jump to put jeans on but she most definitely did not get her dance moves from her mama, Tina Knowles. The 38-year-old “Savage Remix” singer’s mom tried to show her support for her daughter’s collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion but failed miserably when attempting to do the viral dance. In a hilarious Instagram video, Tina Knowles can be seen trying to bust out moves to the viral choreographed dance. She ended up completely lost but never dropped her contagious smile.
Showing off her fit frame, Beyoncé and Solange‘s 66-year-old mother sported a tight black shirt that highlighted her tiny waist. Pairing her look with stretchy black pants and a sleek straight hairdo with bangs, Tina Knowles showed off her sexy siren side by slapping on some red lipstick. Looking identical to her daughters, she seemed to pass everything but her dance moves down to her two girls. In fact, she was the first one to admit that she has no rhythm.
“Haaaa!!! Yeah i know they didn’t get their dance moves from me !! They got em from their daddy,” she captioned the hilarious clip, referencing Mathew Knowles. But her embarrassing dance moves don’t make her avoid the dance floor. “its okay I still like to dance!!!!!” Tina Knowles playfully added. Of course, her Instagram video went viral instantly with several fans leaving their support and encouragement for the matriarch! “Momma Tina, you look amazing and you better let us see those moves. Yesss ?????????,” one follower wrote. “YOU BETTA REPRESENT FOR OUR QUEEN AKA YOUR DAUGHTER! We LOVE TUH SEE IT!!!!♥️” added another.
Even celebrities got in on the action! “Scandal” star Kerry Washington applauded Tina Knowles’ dance video and wrote, “Goals!” QuestLove commented, “I’m here in this post!” Octavia Spencer told Beyoncé’s mom, “You better werk!” while Stormi Reed wrote, “YESSSSS ?♥️.” The most adorable part of the video? When Tina Knowles gave herself a special shout-out when Queen Bey dropped the lyric, “I’m a boss, I’m a leader, I pull up in my two-seater. And my momma was a savage, think I got this s— from Tina.”
