Beyoncé, who always appears as the fiercest female on the stage, gets candid about not feeling confident in her body.

“I’m back on the stage after giving birth to twins. I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine,” she's heard saying in the video.

The star, who was 36 years old at the time of her headlining performance, had just given birth to her twins -- Rumi and Sir -- 10 months prior.

Beyoncé's video shows her journey from working out with her trainer, rehearsing for Coachella and eating her plant based diet.

It also gives a slight glimpse into her family life with moments sprinkled showing husband Jay-Z and their 7-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

"It’s time to work, so I have to get in that zone, it’s like a different headspace,” Beyoncé explains. “Me getting the weight off was so much easier than getting back in shape and my body feeling comfortable.”

Queen Bey didn't just wake up and decide to share her insecurities with the world, she's teamed up with her fitness trainer to offer special access to the 22 Day meal planner.

Beyoncé says that while she's happy with the results, she's revealed in the past she'd never push her body as hard as she did for Coachella again.

“Just trying to figure out how to balance being a mother of a 6-year-old and of twins that need me — and giving myself creatively and physically, it was a lot to juggle,” Beyoncé said.

“It’s not like before when I could rehearse for 15 hours straight. I have children. I have a husband. I have to take care of my body. I definitely pushed myself further than I knew I could. And I learned a very valuable lesson. I will never, never push myself that far again.”
