About 27 years after the original "Hocus Pocus," the three witches -- Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker -- have joined together again, in costume. Midler released a photo on Twitter of the three of them reuniting in their unholy attire.

Hollywood Life reports that Parker, Najimy, and Midler are reuniting for just one night, for a virtual fundraiser to help the New York Restoration Project.

It's called "In Search Of the Sanderson Sisters: A Hocus Pocus Hulaween Takeover," and it airs on Oct. 30 at 8 p.m. on

The New York Restoration Project is Midler's green-space organization. The actress hosts this Hulaween fundraiser annually.

The fundraiser, on the day before Halloween, will be hosted by Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark, and stars plenty of celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis, Jennifer Hudson, Billy Crystal, Meryl Streep, Kenan Thompson and others.

NYRP says that the fundraiser will not be rebroadcast, so this could be the only time you get to see the Sanderson sisters all dressed up.  Tickets cost $10.

Midler tweeted:

"Your 3 fav witches - @SJP @KathyNajimy & ME - are reuniting for 1 night only on 10/30 at 8p ET! 'In Search of the Sanderson Sisters' is the best thing to happen to #Halloween since Hocus Pocus + Reeses Pieces. Get your tix now and support @NYRP"

"Hocus Pocus" was not a blockbuster when it was released in 1993, but since then it's grown in popularity and maintained its cult status as a Halloween staple. Fans of the movie often dress up as one of the Sanderson sisters to show how much they adore the film.

Fans found the news of their upcoming appearance a breath of fresh air, given we're in a dumpster fire most of the time.

@ThomasWergeland wrote "Now I feel hope again! THANK YOU!"

@PatrickNightly tweeted: "I hope this isn’t really a one night only reunion! We need you three in the upcoming sequel or it won’t be any good! #HocusPocus #Disney #Legends."

Stay Safe This Halloween By Binging Horror Movies

This Halloween is much like any other, except for the masks, social distancing, and mountains of hand sanitizer. It's a good year to stay in and avoid the holiday crowds by watching your favorite Halloween films, like "Halloweentown," "Scream," the 2016 version of "Ghostbusters," "Hotel Transylvania" 2 and 3, "Beetlejuice," "The Addams Family," and of course "Hocus Pocus."

A Disney + sequel to "Hocus Pocus" is still in the works, though details are scant. Earlier this year, director Adam Shankman had been announced as the movie's director, but we're still waiting to see what else will materialize.
