Chapman was proud of her last work.
Dog The Bounty Hunter star Beth Chapman passed away on June 26 after complications with throat cancer. Her family has been working hard to honor her legacy in the days after her death through memorial services and seaside celebrations of life.
On Monday, the trailer for Dog’s Most Wanted a spinoff series of Dog The Bounty Hunter hit Youtube, showing the last season that Beth appeared on before her death. She documented her struggle with cancer on the show, saying “Once you find out it’s incurable lung cancer, there’s no stage 5” in the new trailer.
Beth’s daughter Cecily shared an image from the trailer on her Instagram story, with the caption “Her last work — she was so proud of this show/season.”
Dog released a statement addressing Beth’s lasting legacy with the show, saying:
“My wife is, was, and always will be the heart and soul of Dog’s Most Wanted. Beth wanted nothing more than for the show to go on, and I am so proud of the legacy that she left behind. She lived and died for this show, and she would be so proud of how hard we worked bringing these criminals to justice.”
Dog’s Most Wanted premieres on 9/4 at 9:00 p.m. EST on WGN America.
