Audrina Patridge's ex-husband, Corey Bohan, claims the reality television star made up child sexual abuse allegations against him in part so she could exploit their daughter having her appear on "The Hills."

Bohan filed a deposition in opposition of Patridge's request for a temporary restraining order against him.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bohan claims, "In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded."

He claims that throughout their contentious custody battle, she has "abused the judicial process by making false claims of abuse to obtain restraining orders to gain an advantage in these proceedings."

Bohan claims that in her declaration, Patridge claims that their daughter was examined by a doctor and showed signs of alleged abuse. But Bohan claims he has Kirra's complete medical records and "no where [sic] in those records does it indicate that there was ever a concern about Kirra being sexually abused or that she has even undergone a child sexual abuse allegation."

He also believes that Audrina or members of her family have been coaching Kirra "to make false statements, which is, in and of itself, psychological abuse of Kirra."

"Audrina has made deplorable and false accusations against me," Bohan says, "so that she can exploit our daughter for her own financial gain by having her filmed and having her appear on reality television, specifically MTV's 'The Hills: New Beginnings.'"

Bohan's attorneys claim, "Despite CPS investigations and findings, Petitioner has continued to make claims of child sexual abuse to law enforcement and has sought to limit Respondents' custodial time based thereon. This type of behavior is not only detrimental to the child's emotional and mental well-being."

As The Blast first reported, Patridge was granted a temporary restraining order against Bohan earlier this month. He was ordered to stay away 100 yards from Patridge and their kid, including avoiding coming near their home, Kirra's school, and other locations.

Bohan was also denied visitation until the investigation is complete.

Sources close to the case tell The Blast that Bohan is "under investigation by officers in Costa Mesa for a recent incident" with Partridge and Kirra.

The new alleged incident is unrelated to a situation that occurred a few weeks back, where Bohan is accused of not showing up for a custody drop-off with his ex.

Update: Adriana was awarded a restraining order against Bohan for her daughter. It's unclear at this point what the next steps are in the case.
