Ariel Winter Shuts Down Trolls, Says Anti-Depressants (Not Meth) Caused Weight Loss

Ariel Winter is clapping back at IG trolls who claim she's lost weight by using meth and cocaine.

The "Modern Family" star just hit back on social media, saying her psychiatrist switched up her anti-depressants, which caused her to drop noticeable weight.

It all went down on Instagram after Ariel posted a photo wearing a tight black dress and kissing her boyfriend during a New Year's Eve celebration.

After one follower accused her of underage drinking, another person commented, "Not half as bad as all the coke/meth she uses. She literally dropped 30 ponds [sic]."

Hitting back at the troll, the 20-year-old wasted no time defending herself but still poking fun at the situation.

"My psychiatrist switched me from my previous anti depressant that didn't work and made me gain weight, to coke/meth!! Definitely not a new one that worked and then regulated my metabolism," she wrote. "Coke/meth was a controversial decision but she stands by it."

When the same user wouldn't drop the accusation, Ariel really went in.

"I couldn't have lost weight for any other reason just because of the industry I'm in? I'm not trying to be rude, but I am trying to let you know that telling someone how something happened to them AFTER they told you what actually happened (only the person it happened to would know) is shitty and completely arrogant."

Saying she wants to cut this negativity out of her feed asap, Ariel ends her clapback by writing, "I think it definitely counts as hating on someone when you completely ignore the truth coming from the actual person, to just follow your own fantasy narrative."
