Ariana Grande's mom is singing her daughter's praises because the "Thank U, Next" singer just earned another credit to her impressive resume.

Joan Grande sent a congratulatory message to the 26-year-old on Friday announcing she just gained her first writing credit for an artist other than herself.

"Congratulations to my daughter @ArianaGrande on her first song placement as a writer for another artist .. Motivation sung beautifully by @Normani," Joan wrote on Twitter.

Sharing her excitement with her 365k followers, she added, "I’m very proud and so much love to @Normani ... SMASH!!! Congratulations @Savan_Kotecha and team as well!!!!"

Ariana didn't bask in her own success though and made sure to pay tribute to the former Fifth Harmony star on her new video.

"I'm so proud of you," she wrote to Normani.

Ariana is credited for co-writing "Motivation," and despite having several writing credits for her own songs, this is her first for another artist.

Normani's music video for her new single dropped on Thursday night and quickly skyrocketed to the #1 trending thing on YouTube.

Her video is pretty impressive and pays homage to several superstars from the early 2000s.

It opens with a young Normani dreaming of breaking into the music industry.

The grown singer is then shown in the street wearing a crop white tee and baring her flat belly, a clear tribute to Beyoncé's "Crazy In Love."

Only, Normani's version is a little more sensual.

She also does something really impressive with a basketball.

Normani even performs a powerful dance in the rain, just like Beyoncé on tour.
