Ariana Grande's grandma is straight savage and didn't bat an eye while getting tattooed at 93 years old.

It all went down on Thursday night after her superstar granddaughter accepted her Woman of the Year award at Billboard's Women in Music. Getting inked with the word "Ciccio" on her left ring finger, Nonna tells a room full of family and friends "you don't know what pain is" after being questioned about not flinching during the session.

Ciccio, an Italian nickname for Frank, was inked on Nonna as a tribute to her late husband, Frank Grande, who died back in 2014.

Ariana once shared a photo back in the day showing her with grandfather Ciccio shortly before he passed.

Getting fresh ink runs in the family, because Ariana recently covered up a tattoo she got for Pete Davidson's father and replaced it with Mac Miller's dog (ouch).
