Comic Book 'Archie' Is 'Honored' to Share Name with Royal Baby

The name of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal baby has finally been announced, and he's getting high praise from another iconic Archie.
"Archie is an icon," Archie Comics CEO and publisher Jon Goldwater told The Blast. He added, "We're honored and overjoyed to share his name with the new royal baby! Congrats to the new parents!"
Wednesday morning, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their son's name as Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
The Twitter account for Archie also got in on the fun, tweeting out, "I'm baby."

It's unclear if the Duke and Duchess named their kid after the "Riverdale" character ... but if the next baby is named Jughead we may have our answer.
