'American Chopper' Star Paul Teutul Sr. Accused of Blowing Off Bankruptcy, Risks Case Being Dismissed

"American Chopper" star Paul Teutul Sr. is at risk of having to deal with his creditors without court protection after the trustee in his bankruptcy case filed to have his case dismissed.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the trustee presiding over Teutul’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy is accusing the reality star of blowing off his obligations.
The trustee claims Teutul has failed to turn over a copy of his 2017 and 2018 tax returns.
Further, she claims Teutul’s proposed plan to repay his creditors is "speculative in nature in that it is dependent on the sale of real property and as such it cannot be confirmed."
She believes that based on the numbers he provided, he would not be able to make his payments.
The trustee is demanding his entire bankruptcy be thrown out and he be left to defend himself against creditors be himself.
Last year, 68-year-old Tuetul filed for Chapter 13 in New York claiming he had $1,801,729 in assets and liabilities totaling $1,070,893.44.
Teutul listed his home in Montgomery, NY, a 2011 Chevy Camaro, 2010 Dodge Challenger, 2009 Chevy Corvette and a “few pistols” worth around $200.
One of his creditors, JTM Motorsports, recently accused Tuetul of breaching a deal they had with him as part of his bankruptcy and failing to pay up $30,000.
