‘American Chopper’ Star Paul Teutul Sr. Sells New York Mansion For $1.9 Million, Throws in Farm Animals to Close Deal

"American Chopper" star Paul Teutul Sr. finally found a buyer for the New York mansion he has been trying to unload for the last year, and he had to throw in some farm animals to lock the deal down.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Teutul is asking a bankruptcy judge to sign off on the deal which will effectively sell his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3,448 sq. ft. mansion located in Montgomery, New York.
Teutul was close to losing the home to foreclosure prior to him filing for bankruptcy last year.
The mansion has been the reality stars primary residence for some time. He originally bought the lot back in 2005 and built his home on it. He listed it for sale back in October 2017 for $2.895 million but slashed it down multiple times trying to find a buyer.
He says he received an offer for $1.5 million last month and wants to take it. He is willing to include two small plastic boats, electric welder, tools, car life, furniture, pool table, farm animals, farm tools, snowblower, bulldozer and supplies for the koi pond.
It's unclear which specific animals Teutul is willing to part with, but the reality star regularly shows off animals from the property, including his horses.

The sprawling property touts unique amenities sitting on 38 private acres and features massive fireplaces, full wrap around porch, waterfalls, spa, water slide, pool, volleyball court, multiple patios, koi pond, 2 story garage with 2 self-contained apartments perfect for guests, along with barn areas for animals.
He believes the sale of the home will allow him to repay his various creditors, but the judge still has to sign off.
Last year, 68-year-old Teutul filed for Chapter 13 in New York claiming he had $1,801,729 in assets and liabilities totaling $1,070,893.44.
Teutul listed his home in Montgomery, NY, a 2011 Chevy Camaro, 2010 Dodge Challenger, 2009 Chevy Corvette and a “few pistols” worth around $200.
