'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Says She's 'Heartbroken' In Cryptic Tweet

Amber Portwood has tweeted that she's "heartbroken," and fans are coming to her defense. The "Teen Mom"s latest post also includes mysterious info that has people speculating about her relationship with Andrew Glennon.
Portwood has been fighting negative press since early July, when she was charged with domestic battery after a fight with Glennon.
In that incident, Portwood allegedly holding a machete and threatened to kill herself. Glennon was holding their son, James, during the incident.
"I am so heartbroken right now...omg? Wow I guess the truth always comes out," she says.
That message is very vague, but still enough to provide fodder for fans on social media.
It's been hinted that her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, has been cheating on her.
A source says their relationship is fine:
"Amber and Andrew still really care about each other and this is not the end of their relationship."

Fans who understand what may be at stake have Portwood's back, telling her that everyone makes mistakes:
"Don't give up, you got this! Lots of people rooting for you, no one is perfect we all make mistakes," said one.

Glennon is seeking full custody of their son.
