'Teen Mom' Star Amber Portwood Was Arrested For Domestic Battery

Amber Portwood, 29, "Teen Mom OG" star, has been arrested and charged with domestic battery.

In 2017, Portwood announced that she was bipolar and was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.

Portwood was arrested in Indianapolis on Friday around 6 a.m. There's no word yet on who the alleged victim is.

Portwood was first cast in the reality TV show "16 and Pregnant" in 2009. Then she appeared in the spinoff "Teen Mom," and in 2015 she came back to MTV for "Teen Mom OG."

TMZ writes that Portwood has served 17 months in prison for a probation violation regarding a drugs charges case.

Portwood has two children, James, 1, and Leah, 10. James' dad is Andrew and Leah's dad is Portwood's her ex, Gary Shirley.

But there's more: Portwood and her current boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, announced on "Teen Mom" that Amber was pregnant. Word is the two may get married.

In a "Teen Mom" preview, Portwood only says, "I might be pregnant again.

Romper reports that in an US Weekly story, Amber says it's "up to Andrew" to decide whether they get engaged.
