The text messages, sent to then-assistant Nathan Holmes in 2015, are important The Sun claiming it casts doubt on Depp's insistence he did not take any drugs prior to an explosive argument with Heard. The outlet claims the texts were just prior to an alleged attack.

Judge Ruled Depp Violated Court's Order By Not Turing Over Texts

Depp ended his request with, “Say NOTHING to NOBODY!!!!”

Earlier this week, a UK judge ruled that Depp had violated the court's order to turn over the documents, and “failed to comply fully with [his] obligation” by withholding “the Australian drug texts.”

Johnny Depp's lawyer, David Sherborne, responded to the claims by saying the drug allegations were not at the core of this case, and “deliberately conducting these proceedings by airing the allegations in open court at interim hearings in a way which we have said was gratuitous and deliberately intended to inflame the publicity surrounding them to damage the claimant and to put him in the worst possible light.”

We broke the story, in the days following Amber and Johnny's alleged violent domestic violence incident in 2016, she was texting Telsa founder Elon Musk, calling him 'Rocketman.'

Depp's lawyer addressed the situation saying, “Given that her case is that she was controlled and abused by the claimant and that she could not possibly have left him, that does not sit at all with the fact that she was having multiple affairs."

Musk has denied any relationship with Heard until long after she had split from Johnny Depp.

Both legal cases are heading to trial, but have been postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
