"American Horror Story 1984" has left several fans wondering exactly which staple cast members will be making an appearance at Camp Redwood.

Ryan Murphy caused a stir when he revealed season 9 of the long-standing series will be paying homage to the '80s in the days of vintage slashers, and there's several fan favorites that didn't make the cut.

While familiar and new faces will be returning this season, sadly, some major players won't appear during the 10-episodes.

So, here's who you can expect to see when it airs on FX Wednesday, September 18.

Who's Out:

Sarah Paulson, who's been featured in all 8 seasons, "will not appear in a significant role," but might make a cameo, this according to Variety.

Evan Peters, who has also appeared on every season, said himself that he's sitting this one out.

Billy Eichner, a favorite from "Cult" and "Apocalypse," has also said he's not coming to camp.

Who's In:

Breathe, because fan favorite Emma Roberts will be returning as one of the lead camp counselors in "AHS 1984." She's also snagged herself a new boyfriend, but we'll get to that later.

Vets Billie Lourd, John Carroll Lynch, Leslie Grossman, and Cody Fern are back in action this coming season too.

Ryan Murphy revealed the cast during a role call video on Instagram in July.

Questions arose after Murphy unveiled the name and theme this season with a short teaser showing an unidentified woman running through the woods while someone with a knife chased after her.

He later gave viewers more insight on the tone when he released a full "AHS 1984" trailer.

We'll see who survives camp when it premieres September 18 on FX.
