Steven Tyler and Aerosmith are definitely an A+ act in Sin City, however their latest show exposed a few double D's.

Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Brad Whitford and Joey Kramer have been delivering electrifying performances in Las Vegas as part of their "Deuces are Wild" residency at Park Theater at the Park MGM.

During a recent show, Tyler was in the middle of belting out "Back in the Saddle Again" when a group of women in the front row could be seen giving the singer an eyeful.

Not missing a beat to the bouncing breasts, Tyler continued on like a true professional.

The boys of Aerosmith have been in Vegas performing since April, and the residency has been such a hit that an extra 17 dates were recently added.

The show takes advantage of state-of-the art audio and video technology experiences and also features never-seen-before visuals and audio from Aerosmith recording sessions.

The 71-year-old Aerosmith frontman has recently been in the news after touching video surfaced of a meeting between him and a fan in a wheelchair.

Tyler was seen having an emotional moment with a boy named Julian Acosta, which was set up through Make-a-Wish Arizona.

After the meeting, Julian shared the video and wrote, "It was march 3rd when I met Steven Tyler from Aerosmith he was my idol for years and to finally meet him is so surreal."

Tyler, who launched his own charity years ago called Janie's Fund, is known for his philanthropy and charitable acts.

His good karma is probably what leads to such a generous fanbase.
