'Adam Ruins Everything' Explores Badass Female 'Braveheart'

Mel Gibson and his William Wallace character may be top of mind when Celtic warriors are discussed, but that's because you've probably never heard of Boudica.

Investigative comedian Adam Conover gives an animated take on the Celtic woman who brought the Roman Empire to its knees during the invasion of modern day Britain on his show, "Adam Ruins Everything."

Boudica took her thirst for vengeance and channeled it into a passion that led to a glorious victory for her people, years before William Wallace even knew what "freedom" was all about.

The episode, "An Ancient History of Violence," airs Tuesday April 10th at 10:30 PM ET/PT on truTV.
