Adam Rippon and Jenna Johnson took home the coveted mirror ball trophy last night in season 26 (!) of "Dancing With the Stars." The duo beat out rivals Tonya Harding and Sasha Farber, and Josh Norman and Sharna Burgess for the big win.
All eyes were on Harding and her fellow figure skater Rippon because the two *allegedly* had beef during "DWTS" but Rippon clears things up in a video obtained by The Blast.
"My opinion of Tonya was never bad," Rippon told comedian Adam Glyn. "She's kinda funny," he adds (but without his typical enthusiasm.)
Rippon was crowned America's sweetheart during the 2018 Olympics in South Korea. Harding, on the other hand, became a national pariah during the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics after an attack on her teammate Nancy Kerrigan prior to the event was connected to her.
The Olympic bronze medalist and his champion dance partner said they're "having a blast" after their big win but they're totally exhausted. The pair faced some serious competition this season, going up against an all-athlete cast.
"The first thing I wanna do is take a nap," Rippon joked.
For those about to go through another bout of Rippon-withdrawal, we have some good news ... the team is definitely down to get back together for an all-star season.
