Chef Adam Perry Lang's got some major beef to deal with, but this time it's only on the cutting board.

Days after he was arrested for allegedly making criminal threats while staying at the Hermosa beach house of Jimmy Kimmel, Lang was back to work at his Hollywood steakhouse, APL Restaurant.

Working on a 385-day piece of dry-aged beef, Lang put on a carving clinic for his fans while effortlessly working a meat saw and knife. The finished product was a picture-perfect, bone in, N.Y. strip steak.

As we reported, Lang has not yet been charged over his arrest, and is adamant he did not place any threatening phone calls. His lawyer claims the entire arrest was a misunderstanding and possibly a "swatting" call.

Kimmel has also stood by his friend's side, apart from letting Lang crash at his beach house during his divorce, the talk show host also bailed his friend out of jail following the arrest.
