Action Bronson Reveals 65 Pound Weight Loss And Fitness Goal: ‘Eating For Sport Took It’s Toll’

The round rapper, Action Bronson is a little less round these days!
The host of the food show, “F--- That’s Delicious,” admitted that he was on a “path that leads straight to the graveyard” on Saturday. He confessed to reaching 363 pounds, which is the heaviest he has ever been. Bronson showed off how he is now committed to getting heather and revealed that he’s down 65 pounds already.

Action Bronson said that he has been dieting hard for the last three months in secret but he apparently is now ready to tell the world that he is slowly disappearing and hitting the gym.
”I WAS ON A PATH THAT LEADS STRAIGHT TO THE GRAVEYARD. EATING FOR SPORT TOOK ITS TOLL BUT ITS MY FAULT AND ITS ON ME TO FIX ME. I OWE IT TO MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. I REACHED 363 POUNDS AND I WAS SHOCKED AND SCARED. I BUSTED MY ASS FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AND IM DOWN TO 298. THEN A GOOD FRIEND GOT ME TO THE RIGHT SPOT NOW IM TRAINING HARD. THIS IS WEEK ONE.,” he captioned his progress video.

His millions of fans were stoked to see the slimmer rapper and sounded off in the comments section of his post.
Joe Rogan said, “That’s beautiful! Keep going my brother!!!”
Super Bowl champion Chris Long called him, “Magnus Bronson.”
”So proud of you brother @bambambaklava - keep up the great work. Your a ? ❤️,” one fan exclaimed, while another said, “LET’S GOOOOOOO!!!! Nothing like a fat dab after a workout too!.”
Other clips from his IG feed show him at his biggest and it’s easy to see he needed a change to be healthy. Luckily for him, he acknowledged his situation and is now taking steps to prolong his life.
While his love for food will never die, his new mentality will hopefully keep him around longer to eat more of it.

Bronson used his platform to spread awareness and demand justice for George Floyd, but he decided to post a different kind of message. The rapper posted a super cut of loving moments from his TV show. The clip showed his mixed group of friends all declaring their love for one another despite being from different ethnic backgrounds.

He’s still an oddball. Back in April, he appeared on Mike Tyson’s “Hotboxing” podcast and confessed to doing psychedelics and eating an “ancient creature.”
”When you do some sort of psychedelic, you should pair it with an ancient creature,” he told Iron Mike.
”I smoke DMT and I eat the octopus and I gather all the knowledge that I really need for about 50 lifetimes,” he continued.
