A Very Public Relationship

Julianne Hough and her husband, hockey player Brooks Laich, have been very open about their relationship since day one, often discussing it on his podcast, How Men Think. However, due to some comments from Laich and the fact that Hough was seen without her wedding ring again, fans are wondering if the couple is on the rocks or split.

Laich mentioned that he wanted to "explore his sexuality" earlier this year and it got people talking.

"One of my goals this year is to really explore like, learning about sexuality. People think that sexuality is just the act of sex, of just having sex and there’s so much more to it. Here’s a question. This is an honest question for everybody in this room, and every single person listening: Are you fully 100 percent fully expressed in your true sexuality? With your partner? With everything? You could not imagine having a better sex life? Are you truly there? I’m not either. So that’s what one of my goals this year is to really dive into. So then we’re all essentially, that’s a state of suffering."

Are They In A Bad Place?

Laich hasn't posted about the couple on Instagram since Thanksgiving and Hough hasn't since August, so there have been lots of rumors about these two.

Hough was seen without her ring again at the Daybreaker NYC conference where she gave an intense presentation that may have had cryptic references to her marriage, explaining that her new workout system, Kinergy, was "for my own transformation, to help me connect to my absolute truth of who I am."

"It helped me see the people around me for who they truly were, and be able to experience life as it should be, which is through love."

Exploring Sexual Energy

According to Us Weekly, Hough encouraged the people at her presentation to dig deep for themselves.

"Take this opportunity to touch yourself. Feel yourself. Know what you deserve. Feel pressure for yourself. This isn't about anyone else; this is about you. Feel your bodies. It's about expressing, letting go and releasing. This is your sexual energy — it is meant for creation. It is not meant to be put out to anyone else if you don't want it. This is for you"

Cutting Out The Bullsh-t

She also encouraged her listeners to "cut out the bullsh-t" through physical motion. She ended her class saying:

"When we feel our best selves, we can change our energy and we can change our life state. Don't think of this as a workout. It's about expressing that when we connect to our energetic, emotional field, we can feel that anything is possible. When that happens, we let go of our mind and our ego."

Is Hough's Kinergy more about herself than her listeners?
