As we first reported, 51-year-old Beth Chapman died Wednesday morning at 5:32 am, surrounded by her family, including husband Dog.
The reality star tweeted following Beth's death, letting fans know that she passed away at the exact time she would get up every morning in Hawaii and hike to her favorite spot near the couple's home in Honolulu.
It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.

Beth was hospitalized earlier this week after having extreme trouble breathing at home. We are told she experienced a choking incident at her home when she was unable to "catch her breath."
911 was called and Beth was rushed to the hospital. We're told doctors felt the need to place her in a medically induced coma to allow her body to recover from the traumatic medical emergency.
A ventilation tube was also inserted at the time to help with Beth's breathing. We're told doctors continued to treat her with oxygen as the family tried to make her as "comfortable as possible" while they prayed for a recovery.
On Saturday, Dog asked fans to pray for Beth after she was admitted to the ICU at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He also thanked their fans "for their prayers throughout Beth’s battle with cancer.”
While she remained in a coma, Dog and family members posted pictures of Beth in her hospital bed, including ones of her nails. Dog made the joke that even during the tragic time, they made sure Beth's manicure was on point.
Beth's daughter also posted a heartbreaking photo of her holding Beth's hand in the hospital.
