"90 Day Fiancé" star Larissa Dos Santos Lima had her assault trial postponed, allowing the reality star to try and hash out a plea deal with prosecutors.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, Dos Santos Lima's trial was scheduled to begin on April 4th, but she did not appear in court. She was arrested on January 10th and charged with domestic battery in the first degree for allegedly assaulting her husband/co-star, Colt Johnson.

The records reveal Dos Santos Lima's lawyer requested a continuance to allow for negotiations to take place with prosecutors. The reality star clearly wants to work out a favorable deal to avoid any jail time in the case.

A hearing has been set for next month where both sides will inform the court of a possible resolution.

Earlier this year, Colt filed for divorce from Larissa, the day after a bloody fight that ended with Larissa being arrested for domestic battery in the first degree.

Colt noted that there is no community property to split in the divorce nor is there any debt they racked up together. He checked the box informing the court he is not seeking spousal support from Larissa, which is understandable considering she’s asking her followers to donate money to her legal fund.

Colt pleaded with the judge to dissolve the marriage and grant him an absolute decree of divorce ASAP.

Dos Santos Lima filed her response earlier this month, agreeing the marriage should be ended but demanding he pay her support.

She wants Johnson to pay her $1,000 a month in spousal support. She is also asking they split their joint bank accounts and household furnishings 50/50.

As we reported, Larissa bailed out of jail shortly after her arrest. The TLC reality stars engaged in an apparently brutal fight the night before, but after cops spoke to both parties, they felt Larissa was the aggressor and put her in handcuffs.
