“90 Day Fiancé” star Larissa Dos Santos Lima is making progress with her court-ordered domestic violence classes but the judge has told her to finish up with community service ASAP.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a hearing was held in Dos Santos Lima’s criminal case to make sure the reality star was staying out of trouble, in the case filed against her for assaulting her ex-husband Colt Johnson.
The judge found that she has followed the law and also completed 8 of her domestic violence counseling classes. He did order her to complete another 8 classes and finish 48 hours of community service by the next court date of September 4.
Back in May, the reality star avoided being jailed when a judge sentenced her to 48 hours community service instead of throwing her behind bars.
He also ordered Dos Santos Lima to complete the Justice Court Community Service Program and pay some fines. She has to also finish a total of 28 domestic violence counseling classes (6 months program).
The program allows those accused of crimes to complete community service at different non-profits. Once she completes the requirements, the criminal case will be closed.
She had a suspended 90 day jail sentence, meaning if she violated any terms of her deal she risked being incarcerated.
Earlier this year, she had her trial date pushed back to work out a plea with prosecutors, which clearly worked out well for her. The reality star was facing up to six months in jail for the misdemeanor charge.
Colt filed for divorce from Larissa the day after a bloody fight that ended with Larissa being arrested for domestic battery in the first degree.
