Maci Bookout Preps for 'Naked and Afraid': 'It's Gonna Suck, But I'm Not Gonna Quit'

"Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout is confident she's going to head out into the wilderness and not be one of those people that "quit too early."
The reality star is appearing on an upcoming episode of Discovery's "Naked and Afraid," where she stripped down in the wild jungles of Nicaragua.
In an exclusive preview for The Blast, Bookout boasts about being a "badass" and says she spent her time preparing for the show by practicing making fire; a key to wilderness survival.
She also believes being a teen mom has prepared her for the wilderness because the "Motherly instinct kicks in." Bookout promises she won't be like those people who quit after one day, and swears that "It's gonna suck, but I'm not gonna quit."
Her partner for the quest is an ICU nurse named Justin, and he will be by her side as they battle venomous reptiles, howler monkeys and a lack of drinkable water. We'll have to wait until June 24 to see if they lasted the full 14 days.
