The man who rushed Britney Spears' stage in Las Vegas has cut a deal with prosecutors to keep his butt out of jail, but he's gotta find a new casino in which to party.
37-year-old Jesse Webb agreed to pay a $250 fine, take a one-time impulse control class, stay out of trouble for six months and stay away from the casino where Spears performs her Vegas residency.
The incident went down last August after Webb was allegedly acting disorderly in the crowd and was asked to leave by security. He then decided to jump on the stage ... and immediately got tackled by Spears' security. He was arrested for trespassing.
Webb's attorney, Jennifer Pandullo, tells us the deal with prosecutors will result in a "complete dismissal once some minimal requirements are completed."
His next court date is August 8 ... and Pandullo expects the case will be fully dismissed.
