Blake Griffin is being sued by a guy who claims he tried to enjoy a night out at a nice Los Angeles restaurant but instead allegedly ended up getting bit by the NBA star's dog.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Emmanuel Aframian claims he was dining at A Votre Sante last June when Griffin's dog "lunged" at him and "viciously attacked" him.
Aframian claims he suffered "disabling and permanent" injuries as a result of the attack.
Compounding matters, Aframian claims that Griffin knew his dog was "vicious" because it had bitten other people in the past. He claims Griffin "ignored the prior incident(s) and refused to maintain the property in a manner where the dogs could not again attack someone."
Aframian is suing both Griffin and the restaurant and is seeking unspecified damages.
