Blac Chyna Threatening to File Lawsuit Against Kardashians Over Nude Photos, Family Calls BS

Blac Chyna is threatening to file a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Rob and the entire Kardashian family for damaging her brand and ruining her TV deal, but the family is saying she's got it all wrong.

Sources close to Blac Chyna tell us she is claiming she has suffered "significant damages" after Rob posted nude photos of his baby mama online during their nasty breakup.

She also thinks that the photo scandal, along with influence from the Kardashian family, are what got her TV show, "Rob & Chyna" axed before a second season.

We're told the Kardashian family thinks Chyna is way off base and feel the reasons are obvious.

First, they think there is no way nude photos of Blac Chyna damaged her brand, because she had already put out tons of naked and racy shots of herself. They don't think it caused her any financial damages.

As for her TV show, sources close to production tell us executives wanted a second season of "Rob and Chyna," but because the two were at war and couldn't even be in the same room together, it was impossible to get anything done.

We're told Chyna's planning on filing the lawsuit ASAP, but Rob's team is already mounting a solid defense.
