Bishop Lamor Whitehead Says Tekashi 6ix9ine ‘Gave His Life to God … Wants to Do the Right Thing’

Tekashi 6ix9ine is apparently a changed man, and his spiritual strength is being guided along by a man of God who says the rapper has “already been blessed.”

Bishop Lamor Whitehead was outside the New York Supreme Courthouse in Manhattan on Friday moments after Tekashi69 escaped a prison sentence.

Bishop Whitehead, who is both a preacher and activist, said he met with the District Attorney ahead of the rapper’s sentencing, and promised to mentor him. The Bishop said he made it clear to the D.A. that Tekashi, “Did not need to go to prison.”

He says the “STOOPID” star should not be demonized for his career and persona, because he is truly a “good kid.” Bishop Whitehead says Tekashi “Gave his life to God,” and that “He wants to do the right thing,” now that he’s been given another chance.
