It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Pennywise The Dancing Clown!
Actually, it's Bill Skarsgård on the set of 'It: Chapter Two' in Ontario, Canada.
Skarsgård, dressed in his full clown garb and suspended by wire, is reprising his role from the 2017 horror film. Based on the 1986 novel by Stephen King, Skarsgard plays the loveable trans-dimensional circus clown that feeds on the fear of children every twenty-seven years.
The second installment in the 'It' universe will take place — you guessed it — 27 years after the events of the first film, and will include much of the cast from the first film.
It's still yet to be known how the new film will tackle flashbacks and a few hard-to-swallow plot points (see: intergalactic turtle), but it's exciting to see Pennywise back on his feet—with the help of a few harnesses.
'It: Chapter Two' is scheduled to be released on September 6, 2019.
