According to court records, obtained by The Blast, the final judgment package was signed off by the judge on Wednesday, November 7 and officially closed the case. As we reported, both stars were in danger of having the divorce dismissed but eventually agreed on a settlement and handed the rest of the legal legwork off to a private judge, much like Chris Pratt and Anna Faris.
The stars had a pretty amicable split, all things considering, and will share joint custody of their three children. The Blast broke the story, Garner's new boyfriend also just had his divorce finalized so the timing is pretty, pretty good.
9:55 AM PT: According to the judgment in their divorce, obtained by The Blast, both parents must meet with a co-parenting therapist on a monthly basis for at least 6 months. They each have to pay their own attorney's fees and they've also agreed not to settle any disputes about the judgment over litigation.
