Bella Thorne is speaking out about the sexual and physical abuse she endured as a child.
The actress came forward on Instagram on Sunday, writing "I was sexually abused and physically growing up from the day I can remember till I was 14."
The former Disney star continued, "...When I finally had the courage to lock my door at night and sit by it. All damn night. Waiting for someone to take advantage of my life again. Over and over I waited for it to stop and finally it did."
She ended her post saying, "But some of us aren't as lucky to get out alive. Please today stand up for every soul Mistreated. #timesup."
Last month, Thorne mentioned her past abuse on Twitter after a fan tweeted at her asking "what Disney did" to her, saying she thinks "she was molested." Thorne didn't elaborate at the time but bravely replied "Yeah I was" and added it had nothing to with Disney.
Thorne shared her experience in support of Time's Up, the quick-growing movement helping raise legal funds for men and women who've faced sexual harassment, abuse and assault in the workplace.
